I first gravitated to yoga looking for relief from my chronic back pain at 12 years old but I didn't get a chance to build a steady yoga practice until I was 25. Nothing else seemed to work until I tried yoga and made a daily habit of it. Over the years I practiced and my mind and body have changed drastically. While I was building my personal yoga practice, I was able to gain body confidence, relieve my chronic back pain, stretch and strengthen my muscles and gain a healthy lifestyle.

Before I found yoga and learned how to live a healthy lifestyle I was sad, depressed and quickly gaining weight by eating all my favorite comfort foods and laying around being sedentary. When I made the decision to change my circumstances, in 3 months I lost 30lbs by just changing my eating habits and adding a daily walking routine. My total transformation was 52lbs and 4 dress sizes!

In 2018 I became a health and wellness coach. I absolutely fell in love with helping to motivate my clients to build and maintain a healthy lifestyle. I watched my clients transform their lives with my guidance and care.

It is my mission to help high functioning women over 35 go from tired and overwhelmed to thriving with more body confidence, more energy, and more happiness in their lives through holistic nutrition coaching, mindset and movement coaching.

Owner of Strong Style Solutions

Abi Strong, MS, CCC-SLP, RYT (she/her), is a life transition stylist, yoga teacher, wellness coach, and speech-language pathologist. Initially working in New York City's fashion industry, Abi left due to its fast-paced, stressful environment, and pursued Spanish studies in Mérida, Mexico, and clinical speech language pathology in Arizona.

Experiencing trauma and chronic stress in grad school led Abi to embrace wellness practices such as yoga, meditation, Ayurveda, and sound healing. This journey of self-discovery inspired her to create Strong Style Solutions, a company focused on helping others find their true Selves through wellness practices and identity-affirming style consultations.

Abi now offers custom fashion accessories, personal style consultations, yoga classes, and wellness coaching, with a passion for supporting neurodivergent, gender-diverse, and other marginalized populations.
